The estate has three magnificent hectares of park.

The park was completely renewed in 2004, features a naturalistically rich and extremely varied environment, characterized by natural heights, which together with the circular paths and majestic stairways, lead to the top of the property, where the main villa is located.

At the foot of the Villa, the different shrub species frame the circular pool; that’s why it used to be called "The Amphitheatre Park".

80 types of tree species and 50 shrubs shape the environmental richness of the park.

Among the most characteristic tall trees we find maples, cypresses, birches, firs, oaks, beeches, magnolias, cedars, planes, robinie, and conifers.

There are also several fruit trees including cherry, persimmon, pear, hazelnut, walnut, plum, apricot and pomegranates, which paint the park with magnificent colours.

This diversity of species provides the estate a special uniqueness.

To preserve the magnificence of the park, the owners have purchased an additional 4 hectares of bordering land, with a permission to build an additional volume of 2.500cm. This plot of land is also part of the sale.
